By scheduling service with 936 Power Wash LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

936 Power Wash LLC provides residential and commercial exterior cleaning services including, but not limited to:

  • Pressure washing

  • Soft washing

  • Driveway and sidewalk cleaning

  • House washing

  • Roof cleaning

  • Commercial property cleaning

All services are performed to the best of our ability using professional equipment and cleaning methods.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All quotes are estimates based on the visible condition and size of the property at the time of inspection. Final pricing may change if:

  • Additional cleaning is required

  • Surface conditions are worse than expected

  • Requested services change

Customers will be informed of any pricing adjustments before additional work is performed.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Cash

  • Credit/Debit Cards

  • Electronic payment apps

  • Business checks

Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments may be rescheduled due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Equipment issues

  • Safety concerns

Customers are asked to provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations whenever possible.

5. Property Access

Customers are responsible for providing:

  • Access to the service area

  • Water supply access when required

  • Clearance of personal belongings, vehicles, and fragile items

936 Power Wash LLC is not responsible for damage to items left in service areas.

6. Surface Conditions

While we use safe and professional cleaning methods, some surfaces may already have:

  • Oxidation

  • Loose paint

  • Cracks

  • Existing damage

  • Worn materials

Cleaning may reveal pre-existing conditions. 936 Power Wash LLC is not responsible for damage resulting from previously weakened or improperly maintained surfaces.

7. Soft Washing Chemicals

Our cleaning solutions are used according to industry standards and manufacturer guidelines. Customers should:

  • Keep pets and children away from work areas during service

  • Close windows and doors during cleaning

  • Notify us of any sensitive plants or surfaces before service begins

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If there is an issue with the completed service, customers must notify us within 48 hours so we can address the concern.

9. Limitation of Liability

936 Power Wash LLC shall not be held liable for:

  • Pre-existing property damage

  • Improperly installed surfaces

  • Water intrusion due to faulty seals or maintenance issues

  • Natural wear and tear

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.

10. Media Release

936 Power Wash LLC may photograph or record before-and-after images of completed work for marketing and promotional purposes unless the customer requests otherwise in writing before service begins.

11. Changes to Terms

936 Power Wash LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
